Thai Chicken Dip

  • 1 large chicken breast diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 70 g mayo double check it is df
  • 35 g sweet chilli sauce
  • 35 g peanut butter
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 65 g prawn crackers


  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat
  • Add in the chicken, onion, pepper and minced garlic
  • Saute for 10 minutes
  • Set aside to cool
  • Place the mayo, peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce and basil in a bowl
  • Stir until well combined
  • Season to taste
  • Stir the chicken and vegetable mix
  • Scoop into a bowl and serve with the Thai prawn crackers
