  • 4 slices gluten free bread
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 4 slices cooked turkey
  • 40 g dairy free cheese sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Make up two sandwiches with the turkey, ham and dairy free cheese
  • Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk and seasoning in a shallow bowl
  • Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Dip the sanwiches in the egg mix
  • Fry in the olive oil for a couple of minutes on each side until golden
