Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps red pepper houmous *
  • 2 slices gluten free bread
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp chives chopped

Instructions

  • Toast the gluten free bread and spread with the houmous
  • Crack the eggs into a pan of simmering water
  • Poach the eggs for 3 minutes
  • Place the poached eggs onto the toast
  • Sprinkle with the chilli flakes and chives
