Pizza Topped Chicken Burger

  • 2 gluten free rolls
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsps tomato pizza or pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsps dairy free cheese grated
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the juices run clear
  • Top the chicken with the pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and pepperoni
  • Return to the oven for 5 minutes
  • Warm the buns in the oven for a couple of minutes
  • Place the chicken in the buns and serve
