Gluten and Dairy Free Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

For the peach layer:

  • 2/3 large banana frozen
  • 75 g peaches frozen
  • 40 g dairy free yoghurt
  • 50 ml dairy free milk
  • large handful of spinach

For the blueberry layer:

  • 1/3 large banana frozen
  • 65 g blueberries frozen
  • 40 g dairy free yoghurt
  • 40 ml dairy free milk


  • Place all the ingredients for the peach layer into a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Make the blueberry layer by blitzing in a blender
  • Pour into the middle of the bowl with the peach layer
