Gluten and Dairy Free Caramel Chocolate Eggs

Mini chocolate Ester eggs with a soft caramel centre

Servings: 12 mini eggs


  • 100 grams dairy free dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free caramel sauce*


  • Melt the dairy free chocolate in the microwave
  • Coat the bottom of each mini egg mould with chocolate (I used a silicon sheet with 12 mini Easter Egg moulds)
  • Place in the freezer for 10 minutes
  • Fill the middle of each egg with caramel sauce
  • Top with the rest of the melted chocolate
  • Return to the freezer for 20 minutes
  • Remove the Easter eggs from the moulds and enjoy
