Ingredients
- 4 small apples
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1.7 litres of water
Directions
- Core the apples and slice finely
- Place the apple slices, cinnamon and water in a large saucepan
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes
- Place an apple slice in a cup and ladle in some of the tea
- You can sweeten with a little maple syrup if you want a sweeter tea
