Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp honey
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 120 g gluten free plain flour
- 100 g dairy free spread melted
- 100 g dairy free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp sprinkles double check they are gluten free
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Whisk together the eggs, honey and caster sugar for a couple of minutes
- Stir in the baking powder, flour and melted dairy free spread
- Grease a silicone madeleine mould
- Fill each mould 3/4 full
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Remove gently from the mould and allow to cool completely
- Melt the dairy free dark chocolate
- Dip the end of each madeleine into the chocolate and then add the sprinkles
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving
