Spiced Cranberry Jam

  • 500 g fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange juiced and zested
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 400 ml water
  • 250 g granulated sugar


  • Place the cranberries, orange juice, zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, water and granulated sugar in a large saucepan
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for about 25 minutes
  • Remove from the heat and pour into sterilised jars
