  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 2 tbsps tamari
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Remove the skin from each salmon steak and cut lenthways into three strips
  • Thread each piece of salmon onto a kebab stick
  • Season with salt and pepper and place in a shallow dish
  • Make the marinade by whisking together the tamari, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano and chilli flakes
  • Pour over the salmon kebabs and marinade in the fridge for an hour
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add in the salmon kebabs and cook for a couple of minutes on all four sides of the kebabs
  • Serve with a green salad
