Gluten & Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1.5 tsps pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsps dairy free hot chocolate syrup *
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 250 ml dairy free milk

Toppings (optional):

  • ground cinnamon


  • Pour the dairy free milk into a small saucepan and bring to the boil
  • Turn down the heat so the milk is simmering and whisk in the pumpkin puree, hot chocolate syrup and ground cinnamon
  • Pour the espresso into a cup and top with the pumpkin spiced milk
  • Sprinkle on some extra cinnamon

*I used SoyaToo whipping cream I bought at my local health food store
