Ingredients
- 100 g cubed pancetta
- 1 onion finely diced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed chillies
- 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 200 g gluten free penne pasta cooked per instruction on the packet
Instructions
- Add the pancetta, onion, garlic and chilli to a shallow pan over a medium heat
- Saute for 5 minutes or until the pancetta is crisp and the onion soft
- Add the tin of tomatoes, oregano and season with salt and pepper
- Simmer gently for 10 minutes
- Stir in the cooked pasta and serve
