• 110g Dairy Free Spread
  • 110g Caster Sugar
  • 100g Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 190g Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 35g Ground Almonds
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy, about three minutes
  3. Add the eggs, beating well between each addition
  4. Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl
  5. Spoon in the peanut butter
  6. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well
  7. Stir in the chocolate chips
  8. Line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment or oiled well
  9. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
  10. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for an hour before slicing
