Gluten & Dairy Free Pancetta, Garlic & Mushroom Pasta

Servings: 2 people


  • 200 g gluten free pasta cooked per instructions on the packet
  • 60 g gluten free pancetta diced
  • 170 g mushrooms sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 150 ml dairy free cream
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Place the pancetta, mushrooms, garlic and onion in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Saut√© for 10 minutes or until the pancetta is crisp
  • Pour in the dairy free cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
  • Stir in the cooked gluten free pasta
  • Season to taste
  • Serve immediately
