Gluten & Dairy Free Onion Fritters

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g gluten free plain flour
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 75 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 medium onion chopped


  • Mix together the flour, seasoning, oregano, egg and dairy free milk
  • Stir in the onion
  • Heat the oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Add one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side
  • Repeat until all the batter is used
  • Serve with salad and sweet chilli dipping sauce
