This dinner is a great simple supper for those busy nights. The trick is to make sure you get a lot of flavour into the minced lamb. I served mine on a gluten free flatbread topped with some dairy free natural yoghurt seasoned with garlic and herbs.




  • 450g minced lamb
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper, for seasoning


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Divide into four
  3. Shape around 4 skewers in long sausage shapes
  4. Heat a grill pan to a medium heat
  5. Cook the kebabs for about 12-20 minutes turning during cooking
