A simple dinner recipe using all naturally gluten and dairy free ingredients, the tuna fish can be easily coated the night before and then cooked when you get home from work.




  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Season both sides of the tuna with the salt and pepper
  2. Drizzle over the lemon juice
  3. In a small bowl mix together the coriander leaf, dill and parsley
  4. Sprinkle over the fish, if you have time leave to marinade for a couple of hours
  5. Heat a grill or frying pan over a medium to high heat
  6. Sear the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes on each side
  7. Serve with salad and fries
