Gluten & Dairy Free Ginger Crunch Chocolate Bars
A delicious dairy free chocolate bar with dark and white chocolate and crunchy ginger biscuits

Ingredients
- 200 g dairy free dark chocolate
- 100 g dairy free white chocolate
- 6 gluten free ginger biscuits
Instructions
- Break the ginger biscuits into small chunks and set aside
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour into a small traybake tin or a chocolate bar mould
- Melt the white chocolate and pour onto the dark chocolate
- Swirl with a knife
- Sprinkle on the biscuit chunks and press gently into the chocolate
- Refrigerate until set
