A simple but tasty dinner idea using ingredients that are naturally gluten and dairy free. You can change the seasoning on the steaks to anything you like for a little variety!




  • 2 lean steaks
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • handful of fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

  1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper
  2. In a small bowl mix together the minced garlic, parsley and olive oil
  3. Pour over the steaks, if you have time allow to marinade for a couple of hours
  4. Heat up a grill or frying pan on a medium heat
  5. Add the steaks and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (for medium)
  6. Remove from the heat and allow to sit for about 5-7 minutes before serving
  7. Serve with a selection of chargrilled vegetables and roast potatoes
