Description
A simple but ridiculously tasty summer dish. It only contains a few ingredients but they are all so fresh and flavoursome it doesn’t need anything else.

Ingredients
- 200g gluten free spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
- large handful of fresh basil
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Method
- Cook the spaghetti per the instructions on the packet
- On a shallow pan heat the olive olive and minced garlic for 2 minutes
- Stir in the cooked pasta and toss in the olive oil
- Add the tomatoes and basil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve immediately
