A simple but ridiculously tasty summer dish. It only contains a few ingredients but they are all so fresh and flavoursome it doesn’t need anything else.




  • 200g gluten free spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • large handful of fresh basil
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  1. Cook the spaghetti per the instructions on the packet
  2. On a shallow pan heat the olive olive and minced garlic for 2 minutes
  3. Stir in the cooked pasta and toss in the olive oil
  4. Add the tomatoes and basil
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Serve immediately
