  • 270g smooth peanut butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 80g dairy free chocolate chips or chopped peanuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, caster sugar, baking powder and egg
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips or peanut nuts
  4. Divide into 9 balls and then flatten into thick discs with a fork
  5. Bake for 12 minutes
  6. Allow to cool before enjoying
