Ingredients

  • 225 g fresh cranberries
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon port optional
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to the boil
  • Simmer gently until the cranberries begin to burst
  • Remove from the heat and place in a sterilised jar, allow to cool completely
  • Refrigerate and use within one month
