  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 grams popcorn kernels
  • 60 grams dairy free spread
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon


  • In a large saucepan melt the dairy free spread over a medium heat
  • Stir in the icing sugar, cinnamon and olive oil
  • Pour in the popcorn kernels and stir until they are coated
  • Cover the saucepan with a lid
  • Remove from the heat once the popping of the kernels slows down
  • Allow to cool slightly and then serve
