  • 6 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 medium sized banana mashed
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 squares dairy free chocolate I used white chocolate


  • Stir together the cocoa powder, egg, mashed banana and maple syrup
  • Pour into a microwaveable mug
  • Top with the peanut butter and squares of chocolate
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
