Gluten & Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Peanut Bars

Ingredients
- 6 tbsps coconut oil
- 160 g peanut butter
- 100 g gluten free oats
- 60 g peanuts chopped
- 30 g gluten free puffed rice
- 90 g dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8” by 8” cake tin with tinfoil
- Place the coconut oil and peanut butter in a saucepan
- Heat gently until melted and well combined
- Pour into a large bowl and stir in the chopped peanuts, oats, puffed rice and chocolate chips
- Press firmly into the cake tin
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Remove from the cake tin and decorate with a drizzle of dairy free chocolate and some extra chopped peanuts
- Cut into 9 bars
