  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 mango
  • 10 cherries frozen
  • toppings of your choice


  • Place the coconut milk, banana, mango and cherries in a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and top with anything you like, I went with gluten free granola, dessicated coconut and fresh cherries
