A dairy free milkshake with banana, caramel and ice-cream

  • 250 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free caramel sauce*
  • 2 scoops dairy free ice cream I used Swedish Glace


  • Place the dairy free milk, banana, 1 tablespoon of the dairy free caramel and 1 scoop of the dairy free ice cream into the blender
  • Blitz until smooth
  • Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of caramel sauce round the edge of the glass
  • Pour in the banana milk
  • Top with the remaining scoop of dairy free ice cream
