  • 2 eating apples
  • handful of sultanas
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dairy free spread


  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC
  2. Core each of the apples
  3. In a small bowl mix together the sultanas, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and lemon juice
  4. Stuff the core of the apples with the sultana mix
  5. Place a spot of dairy free spread on top of each apple
  6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes
