Ingredients
- 2 slices of gluten free wholemeal bread
- 120 ml dairy free milk
- 3 tablespoons apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sultanans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Grease 2 individual ramekins
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the milk, apple sauce, egg, cinnamon and maple syrup
- Stir in the sultanas
- Tear the bread into bite sized chunks and stir into the milk mixture
- Spoon into the 2 ramekins
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
