Tomato and Pulled Pork Potato Bake

  • 500 g pulled pork *
  • 400 ml passata
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 500 g potatoes finely sliced
  • 250 ml dairy free cream
  • 50 g dairy free cheese grated
  • salt and pepper for seasoning


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Add a drizzle of olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat
  • Saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes
  • Add in the paprika, oregano, basil and pulled pork
  • Pour in the passata and season to taste, set aside
  • Blanch the potato slices in salted boiling water
  • Drain and set aside
  • Assemble the potato bake in a large casserole dish by layering the potato slides, tomato pulled pork and dairy free cream
  • Top with the dairy free cheese and bake in the one for 30 minutes or until the potato slices are tender
