Serves 2-3


For the sweet potatoes:

  • 700g sweet potatoes, cut into fries
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the tzatziki:

  • 1/2 cucumber, seeds removed cut into little cubes
  • 350g dairy free coconut yoghurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the tomato salad:

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 small cucumber, diced


  1. Perheat the oven to 200 oC
  2. Place in a large bowl and toss in the olive oil, seasoning and paprika until fully coated
  3. Put the chips on a baking sheet with a good bit of space between them
  4. Bake for 15 minutes then turn over the chips and bake for another 15 minutes
  5. Make the tomato salad by mixing together the lemon juice, parsley, tomatoes and cucumber
  6. Mix together the coconut yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, cucumber and dill
  7. Serves the sweet potato fries with the tomato salad and tzatziki
