Ingredients
- 80 g gluten free oats
- 180 g dairy free natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsps desiccated coconut
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 oC
- Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon, coconut and strawberries
- Divide between two individual casserole dishes
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
- Enjoy warm, I served mine with a little dairy free coconut yoghurt and more strawberries
