Serves 2


  • 3oog strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 eating apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free granola


  1. Place the strawberries, honey, lemon juice and apple in a saucepan
  2. Cook on a medium heat until the fruit is tender, about 10 minutes
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds
  4. Divide between two glasses and refrigerate overnight
  5. Top with the dairy free natural yoghurt and granola
