Ingredients
- 500 g chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsps tomato puree
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 2 tbsps gluten free soy sauce
- 1 spring onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Whisk together the tomato puree, sesame seeds, olive oil and gluten free soy sauce
- Place the drumsticks in a casserole dish and pour over the dressing
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- Top with the sliced spring onion
