Gluten and Dairy Free Stem Ginger Cookies
Soft and chewy stem ginger cookies

Ingredients
- 120 g dairy free spread melted
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 120 g brown sugar
- 120 g gluten free plain flour
- 180 g gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp stem ginger chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the baking powder, brown sugar, flour and oats in a large bowl
- Stir until mixed
- Pour in the melted dairy free spread, honey/maple syrup and chopped ginger
- Place tablespoons of mixture on the baking sheet leaving enough room so the cookies can spread in the oven
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Cool before enjoying
