Spiced White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 225 g caster sugar
  • 155 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 90 g treacle
  • 260 g gluten free plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 80 g dairy free white chocolate roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the one to 180 oC
  • Whisk together the caster sugar, oil, egg and treacle
  • Stir in the gluten free flour, baking soda, cinnamon and white chocolate
  • Place dollops of the mixture on a lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes
