  • 8 Slices smoked streaky bacon
  • 16 gluten free chipolata sausages
  • 2 Tbsps maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp rosemary


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Cut the bacon in half lengthways
  • Wrap each chipolata in the bacon and place in a casserole dish
  • Drizzle on the maple syrup and sprinkle with the rosemary
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes
