Roasted Spanish Almonds

Ingredients

  • 260 g whole almonds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the one to 180 oC
  • Place the almonds, olive oil, oregano, paprika and seasoning in a bowl
  • Spread out the almonds on a lined baking sheet
  • Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
  • Allow to cool before serving
