  • 50g gluten free porridge oats
  • 350ml water or dairy free milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon raspberries
  • 2 squares of dairy free dark chocolate, optional


  1. Place the oats, honey, cocoa and water/milk in a pan over a medium heat
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Top with the raspberries and dark chocolate
