Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons gluten free granola
  • 250g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free yoghurt – plain or flavoured
  • 1 banana sliced

Method

  1. Place 2 tablespoons of granola in the base of each glass
  2. Place the raspberries, honey and chia seeds in a blender and blitz until smooth
  3. Split between the two glasses
  4. Top with the yoghurt and sliced banana
  5. Enjoy
