Gluten and Dairy Free Quinoa Banana Berry Bowl

  • 40 g quinoa
  • 260 ml dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp strawberries
  • 1 tbsp blueberries


  • Rinse the quinoa before cooking
  • Place the quinoa, dairy free milk, maple syrup and cinnamon in a saucepan
  • Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the quinoa has absorbed all the liquid
  • Spoon into a bowl and top with the banana and berries
  • You can also add some more dairy free milk
