Serves 2


  • 300ml dairy free milk of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 315g frozen strawberries


  1. Place the strawberries and sweetener in pan over a low heat
  2. Cook for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are nice and mushy
  3. Set aside to cool
  4. Place the strawberry mixture and dairy free milk in a blender
  5. Blitz until smooth
  6. Pour into a big glass or two smaller glasses and enjoy
  7. I topped my strawberry milk with some whipped coconut cream and a sprinkle of freeze dried strawberry powder
