Potato Waffles
Make your own potato waffles using fluffy mashed potatoes

Equipment
- Waffle Iron
Ingredients
- 600 g potatoes peeled and cubed
- 40 ml dairy free milk
- 1 tablespoon dairy free spread
- 40 g dairy free cheese grated
- 30 g gluten free plain flour
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the potatoes
- Boil for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
- Drain away the water and place the potatoes in a bowl
- Mash the potatoes and stir in the dairy free milk, dairy free spread, dairy free cheese and gluten free plain flour
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir until well combined and then divide into 8 balls
- Preheat the waffle iron
- Grease the waffle iron with some cooking spray
- Cook each ball of mashed potato until crisp, about 7 minutes
