Serves 1


  • 50g gluten free porridge oats
  • 350ml water or dairy free milk
  • 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup


  1. Place the oats, 2 tablespoons of crushed pineapple, cinnamon and water/milk in a pan over a medium heat
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
  3. Remove from the heat
  4. Top with the remaining crushed pineapple and honey
  5. I also added some sultanas, raspberries and walnuts
