Ingredients
- 250 ml dairy free milk
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 20 g dairy free white chocolate
Instructions
- Pour the dairy free milk into a small saucepan and heat until boiling
- Turn down the heat and whisk in the sugar, dairy free white chocolate and peppermint extract
- Pour into a mug
- I topped mine with some whipped coconut cream and a peppermint candy cane
