  • 2 tbsps hot chocolate syrup *
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 250 ml dairy free milk


  • Place the dairy free milk in a small saucepan and bring to the boil
  • Turn down the heat and whisk in the hot chocolate syrup and peppermint extract
  • Pour into a mug and add any toppings you like from crushed candy canes to marshmallows
