  • 320g icing sugar
  • 30g dairy free spread
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons dairy free cream
  • 225g dairy free dark chocolate, melted


  1. Beat together the icing sugar, dairy free spread, peppermint extract and dairy free cream
  2. Roll into a tube about 1″ in diameter
  3. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for an hour
  4. Cut the peppermint log into thin rounds
  5. Dip into the melted chocolate and then place on a sheet of baking parchment to set
