Ingredients
- 2 pears peeled and cored
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tbsps dairy free milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
- 200 g gluten free self raising flour
- 150 g caster sugar
- 4 tbsps dairy free natural yoghurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Grease and line a 900g loaf tin
- Beat together the eggs, dairy free milk and natural yoghurt
- Blitz the pear in a blender or grate the pears
- Stir in the cinnamon, caster sugar, flour and diced pear
- Spoon into the loaf tin
- Bake for 55 minutes
- Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before serving
