Gluten and Dairy Free Pear Bread

  • 2 pears peeled and cored
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsps dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • 200 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 4 tbsps dairy free natural yoghurt


  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Grease and line a 900g loaf tin
  • Beat together the eggs, dairy free milk and natural yoghurt
  • Blitz the pear in a blender or grate the pears
  • Stir in the cinnamon, caster sugar, flour and diced pear
  • Spoon into the loaf tin
  • Bake for 55 minutes
  • Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before serving
