Ingredients
- 4 slices gluten free bread
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 4 slices cooked turkey
- 40 g dairy free cheese sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp dairy free milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Instructions
- Make up two sandwiches with the turkey, ham and dairy free cheese
- Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk and seasoning in a shallow bowl
- Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
- Dip the sanwiches in the egg mix
- Fry in the olive oil for a couple of minutes on each side until golden
