Makes 10 crackers


  • 25g dairy free spread
  • 90g dairy free cheese, grated
  • 50g gluten free plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • good pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place the gluten free flour and seasoning in a bowl
  4. Rub in the dairy free spread and stir in the grated cheese and water
  5. Gather together into a ball and wrap in clingfilm
  6. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes
  7. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 3mm thick
  8. Cut small circles from the dough
  9. Prick the top of the crackers with a fork
  10. Place on the baking sheet
  11. Bake for 15 minutes
  12. Allow to cool on the baking sheet
