Makes 10 crackers
Ingredients
- 25g dairy free spread
- 90g dairy free cheese, grated
- 50g gluten free plain flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- good pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 oC
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the gluten free flour and seasoning in a bowl
- Rub in the dairy free spread and stir in the grated cheese and water
- Gather together into a ball and wrap in clingfilm
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 3mm thick
- Cut small circles from the dough
- Prick the top of the crackers with a fork
- Place on the baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet
